About
Meigs County High School Journalism is a program that is offered to high school students that have interests in technology, communications, and reporting. Students are approved by the program advisor, Nathan Harmon. This club contains a multitude of activities that students can participate in. Live streaming, podcasts, commentating, video producing and editing are all examples of what MCHS students can be a part of.

Nathan Harmon has been an educator at Meigs County High School since 2014. During that time, he has taken on many tasks besides teaching 9th grade English, one being the Journalism Club. Recently Mr. Harmon has broadened the scope of what Journalism students do by incorporating more media content into the course. This includes students creating podcasts and taking on live streaming the school’s events. Mr. Harmon will continue to steer the Journalism program toward success.
