Before Christmas break, Mrs. Harris' classes studied all things Energy. So what better way to recap the Energy unit after a long break than making ice cream! Goal: Students will be able to create a model of the transfer of heat in the process of making ice cream. After making ice cream, students had reflection questions to analyze and discuss with a partner. This is always a fun activity for physical science students. Mrs. Harris would like to thank the Retired Teachers for the grant to make this activity and future labs possible for her students.
