This Saturday Dec.9th 1-6pm is the Downtown Decatur Christmas Event. Pageant Registration is from 12:00-1:30 ( Boys up to 4 yrs. & girls up to 20 years of age). Live entertainment by Barron Wilson, lots of vendors, cake & wreath auctions, & most importantly Pictures with Santa and so much more. Please come and joy us.

Meigs County Schools will be having its last substitute teacher training for school year 2023-24 Thursday, August 17 at the Central Office from 12-3PM. Only individuals that missed the training in July need to attend.

Due to forecasted severe weather conditions, Meigs County Schools will be dismissing school early today at 12:15.

If you registered in June for the Give a Kid a Chance program, you can pick up your supplies and clothing this Saturday, August 5 from 8-12:00. Location: Decatur Park Pavilion. Some other supplies will be available at a first come first serve basis. Thank you
