Big kindness shoutout today to the one and only Mr. Jennings! 🥹☔️ Our principal went around to all the teachers’ cars this morning, offering umbrellas in the rain. Talk about going above and beyond! We’re lucky to have such a thoughtful and kind principal! 💙🐯

Mrs. Johnson's Kindergarten class made name bracelets. This activity helps students learn the letters in their name and be able to identify their name when they see it. Great job!

Mrs. Neely’s Second Grade class had the best first day! We were all a little nervous to start a new school year. Mrs. Neely read a book titled “First Day Jitters.” The students thought it was too funny that the main character not wanting to get out of bed was actually the teacher. After reading, students took a second to write down what they were nervous about before starting second grade. We were all relieved to hear that others were nervous about the same things. The class was able to enjoy a “snowball” fight to throw out our jitters. We ended with shaking out our jitters making a special Jitter Juice drink. Mrs. Neely is very excited to start the year off with her newest second graders.❤️
