The Ned Show visited our school on January 23rd. Ned, a cartoon character, shared a message to Never give up, Encourage others, and Do your best. The message is carried out through a series of magic and yo-yo tricks. Yo-yos were sold after the program to cover the cost of the performance. The yo-yos also have a meaning for the students. The yo-yo tricks are hard to learn, but don't give up and learn from your mistakes.

Give them confidence on Day One. ❤️
We know sending your little one to school is a big step. But did you know that attending PreK is the single biggest predictor of Kindergarten readiness in our district?
We recently reviewed the benchmark scores for our current Kindergartners to assess the impact of our program. The results are incredible! Compared to students who didn't attend PreK, our PreK grads:
✅ Knew 63% more letter sounds on the first day of Kindergarten.
✅ Were reading words 38% faster by Winter.
✅ Are significantly more likely to be "Low Risk" and on track for success.
Let's get them ready to read, learn, and grow!
MARK YOUR CALENDARS:
🗓 PreK Pre-Registration Day
When: Thursday, April 24th

Our word of the month for January is Self- Control. Self-Control means stopping, thinking, and making a good choice, even when something feels hard or exciting. Self-control may look like raising your hand before speaking, staying on task, taking turns, walking quietly, and using kind words. Before you act, stop, take a breath, and think about your choices.
