We want to congratulate our November Bus Riders of the Month. These students work hard to obey the bus rules and are kind and courteous to others.
There is a maternity leave opening for a 3rd-grade ELA teacher at Meigs North Elementary. The tentative start date is during the week of February 12, and the position is for six weeks, but it could potentially be longer.

We will not have after school tutoring on Thursday, November 30.
Meigs North staff was blessed with a lunch hosted by our PTO and served by parents and retired teachers. The Ladies Auxiliary brought school supplies and every teacher was allowed to choose what they needed for their classroom. We want to thank these amazing women for feeding us and caring for us. Meigs North PTO is the BEST!

On Friday, November 17 we will be celebrating National Young Readers Day. You may dress as your favorite book character. We ask that your costume not have any weapons, masks, or blood. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes.

Early Dismissal Schedule for MNE on Wed., Nov. 8: Car riders will begin at 12:15. Please do NOT line up early and block the front entrance to the school. Buses will load at 12:30 and depart campus at 12:45. Thanks. JJ

I want clarify the previous message concerning bus changes at Meigs North. Ms. Tonia will pick up alf her kids and Mitch Bales's kids in the mornings. In the afternoons, Jr. Basinger will bring home all his kids and Mitch Bales's kids. Exact times for pickups and drop offs have not yet been established. Thanks. JJ

Meigs North is having to change some bus routes. Mitch Bales's bus route is being dissolved into Jr. Basinger and Tonia Dake. The afternoon delivery times for these students may vary while we are trying to establish our new routes. Thanks. JJ
