The Meigs County Youth League will be hosting The Faith over Fear 5k and 1Mile walk in honor of Elissa Henley on Saturday, April 26th. All proceeds will go to her and her family to help with her AML Journey. Registration for this event will be Tuesday, April 8th and Thursday, April 10th from 5-6pm at the Decatur park pavilion. Meigs County Schools will be on a two hour start delay tomorrow, Monday, March 31 due to the forecasted severe weather and storms coming through our area over night and into the morning.

Tonight, We would like to invite everyone to the Mean Greene Showdown Wrestling event fundraiser at Meigs County High School for Coach Jace Greene. Doors open at 6 PM, show starts at 7:30 PM. Seating is first come first serve including ring side seating. Adults $10, Students $5, children 5 and under are free. Come see an action packed show! We hope to see you there.
