Mrs. Caitie's ELA classes celebrated the end of TCAP by having a Reading Buddy day. Several students reached their 4th 9 weeks and End of the Year AR goal today!







We have the most amazing office staff. A huge thanks to Ms. Joy and Ms. Charlotte for keeping our school running smoothly.



Meigs North now has a Clothes Bin in our lower parking lot. This is an amazing way to recycle your old clothes and earn money for our school.



Students will finish TCAP testing on Wednesday, April 24. The final test will be over science.


In Mrs. Jan, Mrs. Angie, and Mrs. Sara's Pre-K classes... We talked about the life cycle of baby chicks and butterflies. We had show and tell and ate shaved ice. It was a fun day!

Inspired by their reading of Freckle Juice, Ms. Iza's second-grade students embarked on a journey to create their own recipe for the drink. They listed the necessary ingredients and crafted step-by-step directions to follow, determined to concoct a better version of the drink.

ELA testing continues on Thursday, April 18.

Job description:Provide direct instruction and support to students, both one-on-one and in small group settings, to teach appropriate behavioral skills and strategies. Class will consist of teacher and paraprofessional(s) with support of behavior analysts.

TCAP testing in grades 3-5 will begin at Meigs North on Tuesday, April 16. Please make sure your child gets plenty of rest, gets to school on time, and eats a healthy breakfast. Please encourage them to do their best but not get stressed about it. Thanks. JJ

Through conducting a taste test on various types of apples and collecting data on each student's favorite, Ms. Samantha Mays' class demonstrated the importance of experimentation and collaboration, resulting in beautiful and informative graphs to showcase their findings.





TCAP testing will begin on April 16th for grades 3-5. Please make sure your child is at school and on time during testing. Testing takes place during the morning hours and it is very important that every student be present.
